Add ability to customize quizzes

Change the word "Quiz" and remove the grading % ("Score") on the quizzes in the instruction pane.

If we add the ability to customize the quiz headers, we should also add that ability to customize the "Task(s)" header.
I think "Score" is indeed the wrong word, especially if grading is not enabled for that quiz.
